Who we are
This website is operated by Hefton Collective LLC, doing business as Steadfast Retail Co. ("we," "us"). If you have questions about this policy, email hello@steadfastretailco.com.
Information we collect
- Information you send us: when you contact us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, company, email, phone number, website and message.
- Business records: when we work with a brand or supplier, we keep the contact details, agreements, orders and invoices needed to run that relationship and meet our legal and tax obligations.
- Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
This site does not use advertising cookies or sell your information.
Amazon customers
If you buy from us on Amazon, Amazon processes your payment and shares only the information needed to fulfill and support your order. We use it only for that purpose and handle it according to Amazon's requirements. We never receive your payment card details.
How we use information
- To reply to your inquiries and manage business relationships
- To process orders, payments and returns
- To keep records required by law, including tax records
- To keep this website secure and working properly
When we share information
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, email and accounting providers, under appropriate confidentiality, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and business and tax records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete inquiry information that we're not required to keep.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@steadfastretailco.com. Depending on where you live, including Texas, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we'll honor them as required.
