The worry this answers: "A reseller overbuys, then dumps the excess and wrecks your price." It's a fair concern. Here's how we make sure it never applies to us. See every concern we answer.
Our commitment
- Purchase orders sized to real demand, never oversized "opening orders" that flood the channel.
- Steady reorders based on how your products actually sell.
- Every invoice paid on time, under the terms we agreed.
- No dumping of excess inventory below MAP, ever.
How we plan
We plan each product's reorders around its real sell-through rate, your lead times and seasonal patterns, keeping enough stock to stay available without building a pile we'd be tempted to discount. We'd rather run a little lean and reorder than overbuy and create a price problem.
Purchase orders
Every order is a written purchase order with items, quantities, agreed wholesale pricing, ship-to details and any prep or labeling requirements. We confirm receipt and flag any shortages or damage promptly and clearly.
Payment
We prepay to start a new relationship, or follow the payment terms you offer. Once terms are set, we pay on or before the due date. If anything about an invoice is unclear, we raise it right away, not at the due date.
Stockouts and seasonality
Running out of stock hurts your listing's ranking and sends customers elsewhere. We watch inventory levels closely, reorder ahead of busy seasons and tell you early if we expect demand to spike, so your production and our orders stay in step.
If something doesn't sell
Occasionally a product sells slower than expected. When that happens, we hold price and let it sell through, talk with you about options, or arrange a return or transfer if you prefer. Clearance pricing below MAP is never one of the options.
How you can check
- Track our order history with your team. It should look steady, not spiky.
- Check our payment record against your terms.
- Ask us for our expected order schedule for the next quarter.
