1. The intro
Most partnerships start with a short email through our contact page. We'll ask a few simple questions:
- Which products or lines are available for Amazon resellers?
- Do you have a MAP policy, reseller agreement or authorized seller program?
- Do you sell direct, through distributors, or both?
- What are your opening order minimums, lead times and payment terms?
We'll tell you, in plain language, how we'd sell your products and what you can expect from us. If we're not a good fit, we'll say so.
2. Review and paperwork
Brands are right to vet their resellers. We keep our documents ready so this step is quick. On request, we provide:
- Our Texas LLC formation documents (Hefton Collective LLC)
- Our federal EIN and a signed W-9
- Our Texas sales and use tax permit and a completed Texas resale certificate
- A link to our Amazon storefront
- A business address and a direct contact
- Trade references, as our partnerships grow
Then we review and sign your reseller agreement, MAP policy and any brand guidelines before we list or sell anything. If you don't have an agreement, we're happy to sign a simple written commitment covering pricing, sourcing and content.
3. The first order
We place a written purchase order sized to realistic demand, not an oversized opening order that floods the channel. We'll confirm:
- Items, quantities and wholesale pricing
- Payment terms (prepayment to start, or terms you offer)
- Ship-to details and any labeling or prep requirements
- Expected lead time
Products are received, checked against the order and prepared for Amazon's fulfillment network. Listings go live using your approved content, at or above your MAP.
4. The ongoing partnership
After launch, we settle into a steady rhythm:
- Planned reorders based on actual sell-through, so you can forecast our account.
- On-time payment on every invoice.
- Quick heads-ups if we spot pricing violations, counterfeit reports or listing problems.
- Check-ins on how your products are performing, when you want them.
When things change
Brands update prices, packaging and policies. When yours change, send us the update and we'll apply it promptly. New MAP takes effect on the date you set. Discontinued items are sold through at or above MAP, never dumped.
If we ever part ways
Partnerships end for all kinds of reasons, and it should never be messy. If you end our authorization:
- We stop placing new orders right away.
- Remaining inventory is sold at or above MAP, or returned or transferred on terms we agree together.
- We never liquidate your products below MAP or to discount channels.
- Your brand assets, content and Brand Registry were always yours, and stay yours.
