Our commitment
We sell on your existing, brand-approved listings using your images, titles, descriptions and A+ content. We don't upload our own photos, rewrite your copy or create competing listings for your products.
Accuracy first
- The product a customer receives matches the listing exactly, including size, count, variant and packaging.
- We match each product to the correct listing, so variations and pack sizes aren't mixed up.
- If packaging changes, we let you know so the listing can be updated.
When a listing needs a fix
Sometimes a listing has an error, like an outdated image, a wrong size or a confusing title. When we spot one, we send you the issue and a suggested fix. You approve, and either you make the change or you ask us to request it through the proper channels. We never "improve" your listing on our own.
Reviews and customer communication
- We follow Amazon's review policies to the letter: no paid, incentivized or selective review requests.
- We reply to customer messages promptly, accurately and politely.
- We never make claims about your product, such as health or performance claims, that your approved content doesn't make.
Advertising, with permission
Where it helps and with your approval, we may run Amazon advertising on your products. Ads follow your brand guidelines, use your approved content and never bid on terms you've asked us to avoid, such as competitor names.
