Why we started

Too many Amazon listings are a race to the bottom. Sellers undercut each other, buy from wherever is cheapest and treat a brand's name like a commodity. Brands end up spending time policing the people who are supposed to be helping them sell.

We started Steadfast Retail Co. to do the opposite. We hold the price. We use the brand's content. We buy through the right channels. We plan our orders and pay on time. Simple commitments, kept every day.

Steadfast means firm, loyal and unwavering. It's the standard we hold ourselves to with every brand: the same price, the same care and the same follow-through in month thirty as in month one.

How we're run

We're a founder-run company based in North Texas, operating as Hefton Collective LLC. When you email us, you reach the owner. Decisions are made quickly, and nothing gets lost in a hand-off.
